This coaching is for anyone trying to make sense of the confusion, emotional exhaustion, and identity erosion that narcissistic dynamics cause, in any form. Romantic or not.

 How Coaching Works:

    • One 60-minute Zoom or phone session per week (choose your day/time)
    • Ongoing support via email or WhatsApp (Mon–Fri) — for check-ins, questions, or if you’re struggling between sessions
    • You’ll get responses within 24 hours (weekdays)
    • Tools, journaling prompts, and nervous system support tailored to you

      1:1 Zoom or Phone Sessions + Weekday Support

      You don’t need to figure it all out alone.

      This coaching container gives you space to speak, process, and heal, with gentle, trauma-informed guidance from someone who gets it. You’ll receive live sessions + written/email check-ins between calls, so you feel fully supported.

     How It Works:

    • Book your start date (you’ll choose Zoom or phone)
    • We’ll schedule your weekly session slot
    • Between sessions, you can send messages (email or WhatsApp) Mon–Fri
    • I’ll respond within 24 hours

    This is a safe, shame-free space to break the cycle, process what happened, and reconnect with who you are.
